Looking south from the Empire State Building. The World Trade Center (WTC) North Tower is just visable at the upper middle-right-hand side of Manhattan. It was finished in December 1970. The South Tower is just behind it and out of site, and was completed in July, 1971. This photo was taken on or about May 28, 1970
